Itinerary:

1. Pick-up & Transfer:

• Time: 6:00 AM

• Location: Hotel pick-up in Puerto Ayora, Santa Cruz Island.

• Details: Start your day with a transfer from your hotel to the port of Santa Cruz, where you'll board a speedboat to Isabela Island. Enjoy scenic views as you travel approximately two hours across the crystal-clear waters of the Pacific Ocean.

2. Arrival in Isabela Island & Briefing:

• Upon arrival at Puerto Villamil, our guide will provide a short briefing on the day's activities and introduce you to the island's unique ecosystem.

3. Visit to the Wetlands:

• Activity Duration: Approximately 2 hours

• Description: Explore the Wetlands of Isabela, a network of brackish lagoons, swamps, and mangrove areas that are home to a variety of bird species like flamingos, whimbrels, and stilt sandpipers. Walk along scenic trails, passing through lava rock formations and lush mangroves, and observe the region's natural diversity.

4. Lunch Break:

• Location: Local restaurant in Puerto Villamil

• Inclusion: A delicious lunch with vegetarian options available upon request.

5. Islote Tintoreras Excursion:

• Activity Duration: Approximately 1.5 hours

• Description: Head to Tintoreras Islet by boat for an unforgettable experience. This small volcanic islet is famous for its turquoise waters, where you may spot white-tipped reef sharks (locally called "Tintoreras") resting in lava channels. The islet is also home to marine iguanas, sea lions, and Galapagos penguins. Snorkeling in this area allows you to get up close to a vibrant marine life, including tropical fish and rays.

6. Return to Santa Cruz Island:

• Departure Time: 3:30 PM (subject to weather and ocean conditions)

• After a full day of adventure and exploration, you'll board the speedboat back to Santa Cruz Island.

• Time: 5:30 PM (approximate)
